Asset Management
DataStation includes an optional module for managing assets and associated documents and inspections. Users can create and manage site specific registers of assets and link documents to one or more assets.
The module enables site managers to ensure that all assets have had the necessary tests and inspections carried out. The module can also be linked to the compliance module providing an asset specific compliance listing.
Asset tracking also enables clients to utilise DataStation as a basic PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) system, enabling each asset to be logged, and for planned routine inspections to take place and then be loaded into the system.
